About Us
Meet the Team
Everett Homes provides quality housing for the greater Springfield area. Formed in 2015 by Willie Grega, Andrew Doolittle, and Cameron LaBarr, Everett has enhanced several historic and modern properties through extensive remodeling, redesigning spaces, and capital improvements. Areas of focus for Everett Homes include Springfield's West Central, Phelps Grove, Rountree, and Midtown neighborhoods. Willie, Andrew, and Cameron bring years of real estate experience to the endeavor and create an atmosphere of integrity and high standards.
In 2003 when Willie Grega got his start in real estate investing, he became instantly enamored with the business of providing quality rental properties to people in the Springfield area. By treating his tenants with the same level care and respect that made him such a highly regarded public school educator, Willie found great personal reward developing the systems to grow his new business venture. As a co-owner and partner in Everett Homes, Willie oversees the property and asset management of the company and serves as project manager for the scores of renovations and building improvements that are tackled each year. In 2016 he retired from teaching and now, with his wife Debbie, enjoys working with buyers and sellers as a licensed real estate agent through the Grega Real Estate Group at Murney Associates Realtors.
Andrew is an admitted economics geek, which is part of what attracted him to real estate investment. Today, Andrew is a developer, broker and investor. He has been working in the real estate industry since the age of 16 in Springfield, Missouri. In the past five years, he has brokered the sale of more than $40M in real estate and has been involved in the development of projects valuing more than $35M collectively. Andrew’s skill set is grounded in financial analysis and project management.
Cameron LaBarr has been active in real estate since his time as a student at Missouri State University. Since then, he has championed restoration projects in historic segments of Springfield and has held investments in Missouri, Texas, and Tennessee. Cameron serves as director of choral studies at Missouri State University where he leads a comprehensive program and serves in other leadership roles at the university.
